Introductory Information

This category includes a range of services designed for youth, parents, and/or families of those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer. 

Youth Forward

is a safe and supportive drop-in space for youth 13-18 who identify as LGBTQ+. Youth Forward takes a holistic approach to meeting the needs of LGBTQ+ youth through weekly activities such as interactive discussions, peer-to-peer support, leadership development, guest speakers, and community engagement. Youth Forward meets 5pm-7pm every Wednesday at EmpowerMT.

Blue Mountain Clinic

is a family health care clinic. They offer services for trans and gender diverse individuals, such as hormone replacement therapy.

Planned Parenthood of Montana

offers family planning and other sexual health services to the LGBTQ Community. PPMT provides inclusive and non-judgmental education, advocacy and services that honor every individual's identity.

Open Aid Alliance

is dedicated to empowering people who live with health disparities like HIV and hepatitis C. They provide a safe place to seek information and support without judgment or ridicule. Programs include: HIV and HEP C Rapid Testing, STD Testing, Syringe Exchange, Counseling, Education, Condoms and lube, and Housing Assistance for HIV+ Individuals.

Trevor Project

offers resources and a 24 hour crisis call line, online chat, and texting service for LGBTQ youth ages 13-24.

Trans Lifeline

is primarily for transgender people experiencing a crisis. This includes people who may be struggling with their gender identity and are not sure that they are transgender. While their goal is to prevent self harm, they welcome the call of any transgender person in need.
